Shipping policy

If you occur any problems with your delivery then please email us at prettylittlepromades@hotmail.com

All orders to the UK will be shipped and delivered within 7 days of purchase. For international orders, this will be within 14 days.

We are not responsible for any delays/problems incurred once the parcel leaves our warehouse, please be aware of this and plan ahead when placing the order. No refunds on shipping are issued if the parcel is delayed.

If you believe your parcel is damaged/open upon receiving then please ensure you take a photograph for proof and also a picture of your order showing the items you received whether damaged or to show what is missing. Without these images we are not obliged to offer a refund/replacement.

International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of Pretty Little Pro-Mades. The customer will be liable to pay in full. It is the customer's responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any customs, taxes, and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods.

If you have provided an incorrect address/error and your delivery is lost, we are unable to replace or refund your order.
